Bowling

We have made the difficult decision to cancel bowling until September as the Public Health Order has been extended again. Codes Country Lanes has cancelled all league bowling until September 2021. We are hopeful that we will be able to have a bocce season but of course that will depend on Public Health Orders. Please make sure you have sent in your registration papers to Phyllis if you are interested in Bocce. If you need help with this please contact Debbie McCooey. We hope all of you are staying safe, we miss everyone and hope that we will all be together again soon! If you have any questions please email debcanucks@yahoo.ca or call Deb at 250-218-3645.

Description: Bowling is one of the highest-participation sports in Special Olympics Canada, and 5-pin bowling is the most popular by far, with more than 2,100 registered athletes in B.C. Although there are some modifications made for athletes with physical disabilities, most athletes compete under the same rules and circumstances as those on a professional tour.
